Draw Something

My friend texted me to tell me to get 'Draw Something' App.  I didn't go and get it straight away, not really sure why, but then started seeing people's instagram pics of 'Draw Something' and seeing on Facebook, people's statuses.  So I caved in on Wednesday and have been addicted since!!  Even my husband is playing it too.

So what do you have to do?
Well you create a game, you can do this via facebook.  Once a game has started, you then get given 3 choices, easy, medium and hard things to draw, you select the one you want and then start drawing.  Once completed the picture then goes to your opponent and then they must guess what you have drawn with the help of a selection of letters.  Once they get it, you earn coins as shown below.  You can then exchange coins for more bombs which helps you with the game or more colours to help with your drawing.

Heres some of the pictures that have come from 'Draw Something'....the really bad ones are mine!!!

Sometimes you can get stuck...like me sometimes!

(I still don't know what this is)

Someone on instagram helped me on this!  It was Vaccine

So if you have the iphone, this app you should definitely get, 69p is well worthit!

Skin 79 BB Cream Review

My BB Cream collection has grown!!!  As mentioned in my Weekly Gratitude post, my mum bought me some BB Cream in Hong Kong.  She got the Skin 79 range which many people have spoken about.  I first came across it Bubz Beauty's site (love her site btw).

So the Pink one is the Triple Function BB Cream and the one on the right is the Gold label.  Both were on offer in HK at $99.  Not really sure why, my mum said it took her several trips to different Sasas in Hong Kong till she found it, and then it was on offer.  I really hope that it doesn't mean they will stop selling it.  We will wait and see when I go back to HK later on this year.

So the Pink one has SPF 25, same as the god label and both say they help with whitening.  Swatches are below: - (pink on the left and gold on the right)

Both went on smoothly and had quite a nice scent.  Picture below is after a few minutes after it has oxidised which to me looked fine, it felt good, not too heavy.

After the two swatches it was hard to say what the difference was.  Will start using it next week properly and let you know how it goes.  From my swatches I feel confident that this will be perfect

Beauty Box Swaps

I came across Beauty Box Swaps a few months ago.  So what is Beauty Box Swaps?  Well its a growing online beauty community which encourages recycling of unused and lighted used cosmetics.  It was founded by Lucy Brown.

For Blog click here
For Facebook page click here

For me this is great as I hate to see things go to waste, and sometimes I tend to buy too much and not get to use it!!

So I've created a page which you can find on my blog which I will be updating each week with my products that I have available.  This will also be available on the Facebook page.

This is whats currently on offer (its on my page)

The following items are still available: -

Body shop Cranberry Shimmer - Used only a couple of times
Clarins Extra Firming Body Cream - NEW - 30ml
Body shop Vitamin E Cream - NEW - 15ml
Body shop Big & Curly Mascara - NEW

The Big Egg Hunt Part 5

Last Friday Sin and I went onto our last zone for 'The Big Egg Hunt'.  As we both had annual leave we chose to go to Canary Wharf to look for the eggs.  Thankfully we had an iphone and facebook as we stumbled on two eggs and walked round one of the squares several times!  After pleading for help on facebook we found out that the map we had was out of date and had since been updated, which meant the egg we were looking for was in a different place! Oh well, it just meant more exercise for Sin!  We did it in 2 and a half hours, which was not good as we read somewhere that someone managed to find it all in their lunch break!!!

Two of my favourites are below.....although the number 8 egg was a bit wonky I think!

So we've done all 12 zones but unfortunately we only managed 190 eggs out of 210.  Maybe we will get to see the 20 eggs at the Covent Garden Piazza.

Momiji Shopping Haul

My latest shopping haul was on the Momiji Shopping site and I picked up my parcel today!

So what are Momiji Dolls?  Momiji dolls were inspired by friendship and little kindness.  Its about filling life with memories and messages which is why the dolls have scolls underneath for you to write your own messages!

I first came across them a few years ago and I got my first one in a Firebox xmas mystery box.  Only recently I found that Sanrio had teamed up with Momiji to produce Hello Kitty versions.  With a special offer on the website where I get a Momiji doll for free I decided to order the Hello Kitty one and then chose a few other things.  They are so cute! I just couldn't resist!
